If you're looking for an easy breakfast that can feed the whole family without standing over a griddle flipping pancakes, these Sheet Pan Pancakes are the answer. This recipe takes your favorite pancake mix, adds crispy bacon and savory sausage, and bakes everything together on one sheet pan.
The result is a fluffy, golden brown pancake that's loaded with breakfast flavor and ready to slice and serve. Finish it with a generous drizzle of maple syrup, and you've got an easy breakfast that's perfect for busy mornings, weekend brunch, or feeding a crowd.

It's one of my favorite ways to make pancakes because you get all the fluffy, golden goodness of traditional pancakes without having to stand at the stove flipping one pancake at a time.

Prepare your favorite pancake mix according to the instructions on the package.
Give the batter a good mix.

step 2:Add the Batter to the Sheet Pan
Grease a sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour the pancake batter evenly into the pan.
Spread it out gently so you have an even layer from edge to edge.

Step 3: Add the Sausage & Bacon
Place the cooked sausage and bacon evenly over the pancake batter.
Spread the toppings across the entire pan so you get sausage and bacon in every bite.

Step 4: Bake
Place the sheet pan into a 425°F oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the pancake is fluffy and golden brown.

Step 5: Drizzle & Serve
Remove the pancake from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two.
Drizzle generously with maple syrup, then cut the sheet pan pancake into squares or slices.
Pro Tips

- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make pancakes dense instead of fluffy.
- Spread the batter evenly. This helps the pancake cook at the same rate from edge to edge.
- Don't overcrowd the toppings. Spread the sausage and bacon evenly so every piece gets a little of that savory breakfast flavor.
Final Bite.
These Sheet Pan Pancakes are an easy way to turn a classic breakfast into a family sized meal. The fluffy pancake, savory sausage, crispy bacon, and sweet maple syrup make the perfect combination.
Best of all, there's no flipping and no standing over a hot griddle. Just mix, pour, top, bake, slice, and serve!
