These easy Sheet Pan Pancakes are loaded with cooked sausage and crispy bacon, baked until fluffy and golden, then finished with maple syrup for the ultimate easy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups prepared pancake batter, made according to package instructions
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • ½ cup maple syrup, plus more for serving
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned and fully cooked. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy. Drain and set aside.
  4. Prepare the pancake batter according to the package instructions.
  5. Spray a sheet pan generously with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Pour the pancake batter evenly into the prepared sheet pan.
  7. Spread the cooked sausage and bacon evenly over the batter.
  8. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the pancake is fluffy and golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and drizzle with maple syrup.
  10. Cut into squares or slices and serve warm with additional syrup.
