Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Cheeseburger Sliders
Preparing the Beef Mixture
I use the cardboard packaging from the Hawaiian rolls as a mold to form my ground beef. That way I know it is the perfect size for the buns!

Once the patty is formed I season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder seasoning. My All Day seasoning is perfect for this as well.
In a large pan or griddle I cook my beef patty for about 10 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 150°F.

Assembling the Sliders
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking dish or sheet tray with parchment paper. Separate or slice your slider buns horizontally, separating the top half of the rolls from the bottom buns.
Place the bottom half on the prepared sheet pan and toast for a few minutes.
Assemble the sliders with a layer of shredded lettuce, diced onions, pickles, the burger patty then add slices of American cheese on top.

Don't forget the burger sauce! (Its basically big Mac sauce but better!)

Place the top of the slider buns on.
Brush the top of the rolls with melted butter, then sprinkle on sesame seeds. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350°F until the cheese has melted and the tops of the buns are golden brown.

Variations to Take Your Sliders to the Next Level
- Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders: Add crispy bacon slices for added crunch and smoky flavor.
- Spicy Sliders: Add hot sauce or extra chili powder to spice things up.
- Sloppy Joe Sliders: Swap burger patties for sloppy joe-style ground beef mixture.
Storage Tips for Leftover Cheeseburger Sliders
Store leftover cheeseburger sliders in an airtight container or wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Reheat in the oven wrapped in aluminum foil to retain moisture, making them just as tasty the next day.
Serve Your Sliders Like a Pro
Serve sliders warm with a homemade burger sauce, traditional burger toppings, and sides like onion rings or crispy french fries.
