Top Tips
Drain spinach well - Squeeze out as much water as possible to prevent a watery dip.
Cheese blend matters - Gouda adds smoky creaminess while mozzarella gives that stretch and parmesan adds sharp flavor.
Make ahead - Mix everything in the skillet a few hours before guests arrive, then just pop it on the smoker or in the oven.
This Three Cheese Smoked Spinach Artichoke Dip takes a classic appetizer to the next level with wood-fired flavor and a gooey cheese blend. It's easy, indulgent, and guaranteed to disappear fast at your next BBQ, tailgate, or holiday party.
