Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 blocks of softened cream cheese
  • 2 cups of shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup of buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 cup of diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup of diced crispy bacon

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker combine 2 blocks of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 packet of ranch seasoning, 1 cup of buffalo sauce and 2 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken. Mix that all together to incorporate.
  2. Cover with a lid and cook on low for 2-3 hours. In the mean time dice 1/4 cup of green onions and 1/4 cup of bacon. Fry the bacon on medium high heat in a pan until crispy.
  3. Stir in 1.5 cups of colby jack cheese. Add the remaining half cup of cheese on top, cover with the lid and cook for another 30 minutes on low.  Top with diced green onions and bacon just before serving.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite veggies. Enjoy!
