Total Time:30 minutes
Yield:8
Ingredients
1 can Pillsbury Pizza Crust
Non-stick cooking spray
16 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
5 large eggs, scrambled
1 lb ground breakfast sausage (cooked)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1½ cups milk
1 tsp Salt Pepper Garlic Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Roll the pizza dough evenly across the baking sheet and par-bake for about 10 minutes.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, whisk in the flour, then slowly whisk in the milk until smooth. Add the seasoning and cook over low heat until the gravy thickens.
Spread a thin layer of gravy over the baked crust.
Sprinkle on 3/4 of the cheese, followed by the sausage, scrambled eggs, and remaining cheese.
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning evenly across the top.
Bake for 7–8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cool for a few minutes, slice into squares, and serve warm.
Notes
Homemade gravy makes all the difference.
Freshly shredded cheese provides the best melt.
Let the pizza rest before slicing for cleaner pieces.
