With buttery biscuits, savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and melted American cheese all baked together in a muffin pan, every bite is packed with comfort food flavor. Best of all, they're incredibly easy to make using just a handful of ingredients you probably already have in your refrigerator.

Ingredients

 

  •  1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 6 fully cooked sausage patties
  • 6 medium eggs, whisked 
  • 3 slices American cheese, halved
  • Salt Pepper Garlic seasoning
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an extra large muffin tin.
  2. Split each biscuit in half. Press one half into each muffin cup.
  3. Add one sausage patty. Top with half a slice of American cheese.
  4. Add one whisked egg and season with salt pepper garlic seasoning.
  5. Place the remaining biscuit half on top and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
