Red, White and Blue No Bake Cheesecake (Easy 4th of July Dessert)

Ingredients

  • 1 Sara Lee Pound cake, cut into bite sized cubes
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 can strawberry pie filling
  • 2 containers of no bake cheesecake mix
  • 1 container cool whip
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced

Instructions

  1. Cut pound cake into 2 inch sized pieces and spread them evenly across the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish or aluminum pan.
  2. Spoon the blueberry pie filling evenly over the pound cake. Then spread 1 container of no bake cheesecake over the blueberries.
  3. Spoon the strawberry pie filling next over the cheesecake layer and add the last container of no bake cheesecake.
  4. Top with layer of cool whip or fresh whipped cream if desired.
  5. Arrange fresh blueberries in the upper left corner to create the stars of the American flag.
  6. Arrange sliced strawberries in horizontal rows across the remaining surface to resembles the flag's stripes.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Chill overnight for the best flavor and texture
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
