These easy Pepperoni Pizza Biscuit Cups are loaded with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and mini pepperonis, then finished with garlic butter for the ultimate snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup mini pepperonis
Italian seasoning
Non-stick cooking spray
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a large muffin tin. Split each biscuit in half. Press one half into each muffin cup.
Add pizza sauce, then mini pepperonis and top with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Place the remaining biscuit half on top and bake for 25 minutes.
Mix melted butter, garlic paste, and parsley. Brush garlic butter over each biscuit.
Return to the oven for 3-5 minutes. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
