This easy Crock Pot Marry Me Ravioli is rich, creamy, cheesy, and loaded with sun-dried tomatoes. Made with frozen ravioli and simple pantry ingredients, it's the perfect dump-and-go comfort food recipe for busy weeknights.

  • Total Time: 2 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 1 (25 oz) bag of frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen ravioli to the slow cooker and pour in the cream of chicken soup, heavy whipping cream, chicken stock, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic paste, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Stir everything together until the ingredients are evenly combined and the ravioli is coated in the sauce.
  3. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, until the ravioli is tender and the sauce is thick, creamy, and bubbling.
  4. Stir well before serving.
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

  • Frozen ravioli works best—no need to thaw.
  • Freshly grated Parmesan creates the smoothest sauce.
  • If the sauce thickens too much after cooking, stir in a splash of chicken stock or heavy cream before serving.
  • Delicious with grilled chicken, shredded rotisserie chicken, or cooked Italian sausage mixed in for extra protein.
