  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4, 6 oz hamburger patties
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1 tablespoon of salt, pepper, and garlic powder blend
  • 4 slices of American cheese
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • Condiments (1 tablespoon each mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard)
  • Toppings (Lettuce, tomato, pickles)

Instructions

  1. Form 6 oz hamburger patties from your ground beef by shaping them with your hands. Then season both sides with a blend of salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Preheat your George Foreman grill until the indicator light turns green, and place 2 burgers on the grill at a time.
  3. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes, then check the internal temperature. Close the lid and check every 2 minutes after until you have reached your desired temperature. I like to cook mine between 145-150°f for medium.
  4. Once the hamburgers have reached your desired temperature, add a slice of cheese (or two) on top of each patty. Allow cheese to melt on the burgers, before removing from the grill.
  5. Toast brioche buns for another minute and quickly cook bacon on the grill. (can cook with the lid closed)
  6. Assemble the burgers with your favorite condiments and toppings. Enjoy!

Notes

For the most flavorful burgers, remember to use an 80/20 meat to fat ratio for your ground beef. Also keep an eye on the internal temperature and don't overcook the meat.

Use a mix of toppings that you like and don't load them up too much or you will miss the actual taste of the beef. If you follow these easy steps you will have restaurant quality burgers that are juicy and delicious every single time.
