Hawaiian Roll French Toast

Crispy outside, fluffy inside, topped with powdered sugar and drizzled with syrup. These Hawaiian roll French toast are a game changer.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup French Vanilla coffee creamer 
  • 1 package of Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls 
  • 2 large eggs 
  • 1 tablespoon of butter 
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg (Optional)
  • 2 tablespoons syrup 
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 

Instructions

  1. Into a large bowl combine creamer, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Then whisk together well to combine. 
  2. Separate your Hawaiian Rolls and dunk them into the batter for 2 minutes, making sure to flip to make sure all sides are coated. 
  3. Add butter into a pan on medium high heat, sear each side of the rolls until golden brown. About 1 minute or so on each side. 
  4. Stack rolls onto a plate and cover with syrup and powdered sugar. Serve with fresh fruit or any other breakfast sides of your choice.
