16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1 tablespoon salt pepper garlic seasoning

Instructions
Add broccoli florets, diced onion, julienned carrots, cream of chicken soup, chicken stock, and salt pepper garlic seasoning to the crock pot. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for at least 3 hours, until the vegetables are tender.
Add the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and heavy whipping cream. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook for another 30 minutes, until the cheeses have melted and the soup is creamy. Stir as needed.
If the soup is too thin, add a cornstarch slurry or a little flour mixed with warm water. Stir and allow the soup to thicken before serving.
Serve hot with crusty bread, crackers, or your favorite soup toppings.
