- 1 Jar of pickle spears
- 1 package of bacon
- 1 tablespoon of bbq seasoning
- Toothpicks (optional)
Ingredients for sriracha mayo
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
Instructions
- Wrap each pickle spear with a slice of bacon
- Lightly season each bacon wrapped spear with bbq rub
- Place pickles on your smoker at 350 °F for 30-40 minutes or until the bacon gets crispy.
- Make sriracha mayo by combining 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and sour cream, then 1 tablespoon each of sriracha and white wine vinegar. Stir well to combine
