Ingredients
8 hamburger patties (about 2 pounds of ground beef)
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz cheddar cheese
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup chopped pickle chips
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning
Green onions for garnish
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Season burger patties with salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning.
Grill burgers until they reach 160°F internal temperature.
Rest and dice burgers into small pieces.
Preheat smoker to 250°F.
Add burgers, bacon, cream cheese, cheddar, Monterey Jack, evaporated milk, tomato, onion, pickles, mustard, ketchup, and hot sauce to a cast iron skillet.
Place pan on smoker and cook for 45–60 minutes, stirring every 15–20 minutes until everything is melted and combined. (If you want a smokier flavor, continue smoking for an additional hour)
