Total Time:35 minutes
Yield:8-10
Ingredients
Pull Apart Pigs in a Blanket
1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 (14-ounce) package Little Smokies cocktail sausages
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning
Homemade Queso
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
¾ cup whole milk
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut into thin strips
Wrap one strip of crescent dough around each Little Smokie until covered
Arrange the wrapped pigs in a blanket around a bowl in a circular ring until the skillet is full
Remove the bowl, brush the tops generously with melted butter, and sprinkle the Everything Bagel Seasoning evenly over the top
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
Make the queso by adding the cheddar cheese, Velveeta cheese, and milk to a saucepan over medium-low heat and stir continuously until the cheeses are completely melted and the queso is smooth and creamy
Remove the pigs in a blanket from the oven and pour the warm queso directly into the center of the pull-apart ring
