Ingredients

  • 12 frozen meatballs
  • 12 dinner rolls, thawed
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or smoker to 350°F.
  2. Place thawed dinner rolls onto a baking sheet or cast iron pan. (Follow package instructions for thawing)
  3. Press one frozen meatball into the center of each roll, creating a small well.
  4. Spoon a little marinara sauce over each meatball.
  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, then top with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Bake or smoke for 20–30 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
  8. Brush the garlic-parsley butter over the tops of each bite.
  9. Serve warm and watch them disappear!
