- 12 frozen meatballs
- 12 dinner rolls, thawed
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or smoker to 350°F.
- Place thawed dinner rolls onto a baking sheet or cast iron pan. (Follow package instructions for thawing)
- Press one frozen meatball into the center of each roll, creating a small well.
- Spoon a little marinara sauce over each meatball.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, then top with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake or smoke for 20–30 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Brush the garlic-parsley butter over the tops of each bite.
- Serve warm and watch them disappear!
