These easy Crock Pot Marry Me Meatballs are made with frozen meatballs simmered in a rich Parmesan cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning. A simple slow cooker dinner that's perfect over pasta or rice and ready with just minutes of prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 (32-ounce) bag frozen fully cooked meatballs
  • 1 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 14 ounces chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. In a crock pot, pour in the frozen meatballs, cream of chicken soup, heavy whipping cream, chicken stock, garlic paste, Italian seasoning, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
  4. Give everything one final stir before serving.
  5. Serve hot over cooked pasta, rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley, basil, and extra Parmesan if desired.
