Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup Italian dressing
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Make the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, and oregano.
- Marinate Chicken: Place chicken in a Ziplock bag or container, pour in the marinade, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 for best results.
- Prep Grill: Preheat grill over medium-high heat for 10–15 minutes.
- Season Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade, pat dry, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill: Grill chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until grill marks form, then finish over indirect heat until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Rest & Serve: Let chicken rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with your favorite sides.
