  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup Italian dressing
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste

Instructions

  1. Make the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, and oregano.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Place chicken in a Ziplock bag or container, pour in the marinade, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 for best results. 
  3. Prep Grill: Preheat grill over medium-high heat for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Season Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade, pat dry, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Grill: Grill chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until grill marks form, then finish over indirect heat until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  6. Rest & Serve: Let chicken rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with your favorite sides.
