- 4 quarter pound hamburger patties
- 4 pieces of crispy diced bacon (thick cut)
- 4 Brioche buns
- 2 fresh jalapenos sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 block of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Tex Mex seasoning
Garlic and lime mayo
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon roasted garlic paste
- Juice of half a lime
Instructions
- Dice 4 pieces of thick cut bacon and cook in a pan on medium heat until crispy. Set on a plate with paper towels to drain excess grease.
- Make garlic and lime mayo by combining mayonnaise, roasted garlic paste and lime juice together. Set aside until you assemble the burger later.
- Season burger patties with Tex Mex seasoning and grill on medium high heat.
- Once the burgers reach an internal temperature of 140°F add toppings to each burger including 2 slices of cream cheese, a handful of cheddar cheese, 4 sliced jalapeños and crispy bacon.
- Remove burgers from the grill once they reach an internal temperature of 150°F. Then toast your brioche buns on the grill for a minute.
- Add garlic and lime mayo to the toasted buns and then the jalapeño popper burger in-between.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
