Ingredients

Pasta Salad 

  • 1 lb tri color rotini pasta
  • 8 oz salami, chopped
  • 8 oz mozzarella pearls
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 cup banana peppers

Dressing:

  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add cooled pasta and toss to coat.
  4. Add salami, mozzarella pearls, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and banana peppers.
  5. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

  • Make up to one day ahead for even better flavor.
  • Add extra parmesan cheese before serving.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
