4 French rolls or baguette cut into individual portions
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Skewer shrimp, drizzle with olive oil and season with Cajun seasoning.
Grill shrimp on medium heat over charcoal or gas. Remove once the internal temperature of the shrimp reach 150°F and are cooked through. Toast your French rolls.
Remove shrimp from skewers and gather remaining ingredients.
Onto a cutting board add shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickles and chop into bite sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Add grilled shrimp and remoulade sauce on top of chopped ingredients and chop again being careful to leave the shrimp in bigger chunks.
Once the ingredients are chopped, scoop into French rolls and serve with extra remoulade sauce on top if desired.
