- 2-3 lb flank steak
- 2 tablespoons of salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Chimichurri
- Preheat your grill to medium heat and season your flank steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the flank steak on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally to build a nice crust.
- Cook steak until an internal temperature of 135°F (for medium rare) and rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice against the grain and serve with chimichurri.
