Ingredients

- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut cabbage and carrots thinly using a sharp knife or mandolin.
- In a bowl mix remaining ingredients together and toss cabbage and carrots in.
- Stir well to combine and refrigerate. Best eaten an hour after its been chilled.
