Easy chimichurri sauce

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley 
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 2 cloves of garlic 
  • 1 teaspoon kosher Salt 
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper 
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes 
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice 

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients together into a food processor and pulse together. 
  2. Add more olive oil if needed. The texture of the chimichurri should be coarse.
  3. Serve as a condiment or use as a marinade.
