- 2/3 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Combine all the ingredients together into a food processor and pulse together.
- Add more olive oil if needed. The texture of the chimichurri should be coarse.
- Serve as a condiment or use as a marinade.
