  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon prepared horseradish, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Drain the prepared horseradish and combine all of the ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. If the consistency of the sauce is too thick, add a little more apple cider vinegar. If too thin, add more sour cream.
  3. Let the sauce rest for 30 minutes in the fridge to firm up, and to allow the flavors to distribute.
  4. Sprinkle chopped chives over the top and serve.
