- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon prepared horseradish, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
- Drain the prepared horseradish and combine all of the ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
- If the consistency of the sauce is too thick, add a little more apple cider vinegar. If too thin, add more sour cream.
- Let the sauce rest for 30 minutes in the fridge to firm up, and to allow the flavors to distribute.
- Sprinkle chopped chives over the top and serve.
