Tender ribeye steak, juicy shrimp, sautéed peppers and onions, freshly shredded cheddar jack cheese, and a drizzle of ranch all come together inside a crispy golden tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, sliced
  • 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tbsp salt pepper and garlic (or Ninjacue All Day Seasoning)
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups freshly shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • 6 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Slice steak, shrimp, onions, and peppers.
  2. Season steak and shrimp with salt pepper and garlic Seasoning and taco seasoning.
  3. Preheat griddle to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook steak until browned.
  5. Cook shrimp until pink and opaque.
  6. Sauté onions and peppers until softened.
  7. Combine steak, shrimp, and vegetables with hot sauce.
  8. Place tortilla on griddle.
  9. Add cheese to one half of tortilla.
  10. Layer steak, shrimp, vegetables, and ranch.
  11. Add more cheese and fold tortilla over.
  12. Cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  13. Slice and serve immediately.
