- 4 Andouille or Cajun sausages
- 4-8 pieces of bacon
- 4 brioche hotdog buns
- 1/2 cup of red beans and rice (boxed mix)
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup diced white onion
- 1/4 cup remoulade sauce
Instructions
- Prepare toppings by dicing white onion, making red beans and rice from box mix and homemade remoulade sauce.
- Wrap each sausage with 1-2 pieces of bacon, then grill them until both are cooked through.
- Toast brioche buns, then lay 1 bacon wrapped sausage into each bun.
- Top each sausage with red beans and rice, shredded cheddar cheese and white onion.
- Finish with optional remoulade sauce drizzle.
