Ingredients
8 chicken tenders
8 pickle spears
8 slices of thin cut bacon
1 tablespoon of Nashville Hot rub
1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions
Season chicken tenders with Nashville Hot rub.
Combine 1 seasoned chicken tender with 1 pickle spear and wrap tightly with 1 piece of bacon.
Place bacon wrapped chicken with pickles on you smoker or oven for an hour at 350°F or until the bacon is crispy to your liking and the internal temperature of the chicken is at least 165°F.
To finish, drizzle honey over each one and a little more Nashville Hot rub.
